Combined Mammogram and Office Visit Instructions

If you wish to have your breast imaging and see Dr. Chiantella or Dr. Edwards literally at the same time, these visits must be scheduled through Dr. Chiantella's/Edwards' office.  This is only available at the Lansdowne location. The LMG Imaging Center does not have access to Dr. Chiantella's/Dr. Edwards' schedules, so Dr. Chiantella's/Dr. Edwards' office needs to coordinate these visits with you, to make sure the imaging isn't scheduled for a time when your surgeon is in surgery.

The surgeons' office does NOT have ANY PRIOR IMAGES stored in her office, nor can our office transfer any electronic images to the Imaging Center.

IF YOU ARE HAVING YOUR IMAGING DONE AT THE LMG IMAGING CENTER,  PLEASE NOTE:

ALL  patients who are going to the  LMG Imaging Center for the first time must call the imaging center in advance of their imaging appointment, and specifically discuss arrangements to get your prior studies to the center for comparison to your new imaging. The imaging center has the right to reschedule your imaging appointment if these arrangements are not made, and your prior images received there,  prior to your visit. This will also result in rescheduling your visit with your surgeon to a time when all of the prior and new imaging is available for review. The imaging center number is 571-375-8601. It is your responsibility to call and and confirm that your images will be available to the radiologist at your appointment, for your best quality of care.
